Budget Session: June 17 – July 26, 2019
Highlights
- This is the first session of Lok Sabha after the constitution of the seventeenth Lok Sabha.
- Lok Sabha is scheduled to sit between June 17 and July 26, 2019. There will be a total of 30 sittings. Rajya Sabha will sit for 27 days starting from June 20, 2019.
- The Session will focus on financial business related to the Budget, discussion on the President’s Address, and working of various ministries.
- In addition, two Bills are listed for consideration and passage during the session. 40 new Bills are listed for introduction, consideration, and passage. We list these below:
