Creates national and state level births and deaths database, requires linking of children’s Aadhaar to parents, and makes birth certificates a requirement for various purposes including admission to educational institutions and voter lists. |
Provides for personal data protection and privacy of individuals, regulates cross border data transfer, and provides several exemptions for personal data processing by State. |

Creates the National Research Foundation to provide funding for research and innovation in STEM, health and agriculture fields. |

Simplifies compliance requirements for domestic companies using biological resources, and exempts certain practitioners and activities from benefit sharing requirements. |

Provides for pre-litigation mediation, sets up the Mediation Council of India, and lists disputes not fit for mediation. |

The Multi-State Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Bill, 2022 |
Establishes the Co-operative Election Authority to conduct and supervise elections to the boards of multi-state co-operative societies. |
Provides for measures to check film piracy, and amends age-based categories for film certification. |

Repeals the Dentists Act, 1948 to constitute the National Dental Commission, the Dental Advisory Council and three autonomous boards for regulating dental education and profession. |

The Inter-Services Organisations (Command, Control and Discipline) Bill, 2023 |
Empowers Commander-in-Chief or Officer-in-Command of Inter-services Organisations to exercise disciplinary or administrative control over service personnel under their command irrespective of service. |

Includes Mahra and Mahara communities as synonyms of Mahar, Mehra, and Mehar in the list of Scheduled Castes of Chhattisgarh. |

Revises the list of scheduled tribes in its application to Himachal Pradesh. |
The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Fifth Amendment) Bill, 2022 |
Revises the list of scheduled tribes in its application to Chhattisgarh. |
Expands the scope of coastal aquaculture to include allied activities such as hatcheries and nucleus breeding centres. |

Provides that a supplier of online money gaming, not located in India, will be liable to pay IGST. |
