Parliament was unable to take up scheduled business for the day as
both houses were a casualty to disruptions. Opposition benches
continued to raise demands insisting upon the resignation of the
Minister of External Affairs.
Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have had functioned for an average of only 9% of its scheduled time.

It can be seen that in the previous years, Winter 2010 lost a high
percentage of its time due to disruptions. The last three sessions of
the 16 Lok Sabha have comparatively suffered lesser disruptions.
