To take evidence of the representatives of the (i) Ministry of Rural Development (Department of Rural Development) alongwith (ii) State Government of Jharkhand; (iii) State Government of West Bengal and (iv) State Government of Jammu & Kashmir on various issues pertaining to Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).
