(v) Twenty-fifth Report on the subject "Persons affected by Alcoholism and substance (drug) abuse, their treatment/rehabilitation and role of voluntary organizations".

Oral Evidence by the representatives of Ministry of External Affairs and Department of Personnel and Training on the subject Recruitment, structure and capacity-building of IFS Cadre, including need for a separate UPSC examination for cadre, mid-career entry and in-service training and orientation.
